COP 4 has taken place in June/July 2011 in Chisinau, Moldova, statt. Among other issues, the Chisinau-Declaration has been adopted in the frame of thic conference.
The second implementation report for Austria has been send to the UNECE Secretariat on December 10, 2010.
A public consultation on the implementation report has been organised by the Lebensministeriums from July until mid NOvember 2010.
Austria signed the PRTR-Protocol on May 21, 2003. It was ratified on May 23, 2010 and is in force since Jun2, 21, 2010.
