The results of debate within the Strategic Group are summarized and published as “Worksheets on Participation". In addition, the knowledge and experience of the experts in the Strategic Group have been incorporated in the Participation Manual.
The Manual gives details of what it takes for participation to succeed, of the necessary preconditions, of the foreseeable costs and of successful case histories.
Worksheet No. 6 on Participation discusses possible expectations in participation processes.
Worksheet No. 5 on Participation deals with the reaching of decisions in participation processes.
Worksheet No. 4 on Participation focuses on the dealing with statements in public participation processes.
Worksheet No. 3 on Participation is concerned with the limits of participation, with possible obstacles in participation processes and with the possible misuse of participation processes.
Worksheet No. 2 on Participation provides a survey of the benefits of participation processes from the point of view of the various groups of agents.

Utilizing the worksheets is permitted and encouraged, provided that reference is made to the “authorship of the ÖGUT Strategic group on Participation“. Responses and comments are welcome, and will be taken into account as revised versions are generated.
